지난 10일 필라델피아 한인연합교회에서 제 7대 담임목사 취임식이 거행됐다. 권단열 목사는 6대 조진모 목사 퇴임 후 4년 만에 청빙돼 담임목사로 부임했다.
권단열 목사는 총신대 목회학석사 과정을 마치고 골든 콘웰신학교에서 신학석사를 수료했다. 권 목사는 워싱턴장로교회에서 9년간 부교역자로 사역 후 필라한인연합교회 7대 담임목사로 취임했다. 신임 권단열 담임목사는 기존 교인들을 보살피면서 주일학교 활성화를 통해 차세대 목회에 역점을 둘 예정이다.
